The Ibaraki Kashima Stadium, home of historic J1 League club Kashima Antlers, has a proud footballing tradition, most notably hosting the three matches at the 2002 FIFA World Cup™. With a seating capacity of about 40,000, the stadium is located in Kashima City in Ibaraki Prefecture.
